• Organize afterwork events.
• Initiate meetings.
• Initiate and oversee mentoring programs between more senior and junior members.

Costs

• Services are FREE for developers members.
• Connections between members and companies are commissioned. 20% of the annual gross salary for employee recruitment. 10% of the Average Daily Rate over the duration of the mission, for freelancers, borne by the client company.
